  1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and provide them with a positive first impression of Ashley Furniture Industries.
  2. Assist customers in finding the right products and providing recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
  3. Process customer purchases and handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
  4. Address any customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  5. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and exceptional shopping experience for customers.
  8. Proactively reach out to customers to follow up on their shopping experience and offer assistance with any additional needs.
  9. Keep the sales floor and customer service area clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve the customer service process and provide feedback to management.
  11. Attend training and meetings to stay updated on product knowledge, customer service skills, and company policies.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, confidentiality, safety, and security.
  13. Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company guidelines.
  14. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  15. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times to represent the Ashley Furniture brand.
