  1. Lead and mentor the customer care team to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
  2. Handle escalated customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  3. Train and onboard new customer care team members.
  4. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
  8. Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for improvement.
  9. Handle sensitive and confidential customer information with discretion.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service.
  11. Ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines.
  12. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and satisfaction.
  13. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  14. Act as a point of contact for complex or high-value customer accounts.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve customer care processes and procedures.
  16. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
