Merchandiser

Provides direct placement and cleanliness of stores, warehouse, and back of house functions. Ownership in providing an experience for each guest that walks through the door to drive our brand with a strong focus on standards and maximize profitability. Works with various responsibilities including but not limited to, visual merchandising, opening and tagging of accessories and furniture, movement of furniture and accessories on the sales floor, cleaning of showrooms and backstage areas such as offices, breakrooms and bathrooms, customer pick-up assistance, cycle counting, tagging, painting and/or other general store maintenance duties as needed. Perform customer pick up responsibilities when needed helping to ensure low wait time and superior customer service as needed. Responsible for uncrating incoming merchandise from truck, Un-boxes, assembles, and makes minor repairs to furniture and attaches identifying tags or labels to materials in cooperation with other departments. In partnership with Visual Merchandiser, prepares selling floor prior to arrival of truck to allow for delivery drivers to place new goods in proper location based on provided floor plans.
