  1. Oversee the daily operations of the distribution center, ensuring that all processes and procedures are running smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their success and development.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase efficiency in the distribution center.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, customer service, and sales, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of orders.
  6. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  7. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to meet changing customer needs and industry trends.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and transportation partners to optimize distribution processes.
  10. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  11. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on distribution center performance.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and implement best practices to drive continuous improvement.
