- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all desktop-related issues, including hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and other hardware devices.
- Work closely with other IT team members to ensure consistency and efficiency in IT operations.
- Collaborate with end-users to understand their IT needs and provide timely solutions.
- Monitor and respond to help desk inquiries, providing excellent customer service and timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all IT support tickets and resolutions.
- Create and update technical documentation for desktop support procedures and processes.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry to provide innovative solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
- Ensure all desktop systems are up-to-date with the latest security patches and updates.
- Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects, such as system upgrades and migrations.
- Train end-users on basic IT procedures and best practices to improve overall system performance.
- Proactively identify and address potential IT issues before they become major problems.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security protocols and data privacy regulations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve IT processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on IT projects and issues.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Desktop Support Or Technical Support Role.
Strong Troubleshooting Skills And Ability To Resolve Technical Issues In A Timely Manner.
Familiarity With Windows And Mac Operating Systems, As Well As Basic Networking Concepts.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Users.
