Experience With Trade Compliance Software: The Job Requires Proficiency In Trade Compliance Software, Such As Sap Gts Or Descartes Customsinfo, To Manage And Track Import/Export Transactions, Tariff Classifications, And Trade Documentation.
Strong Analytical Skills: An International Trade Compliance Specialist Should Have Excellent Analytical Skills To Review And Interpret Complex Trade Regulations, Identify Potential Compliance Issues, And Develop Solutions To Mitigate Risks.
Attention To Detail: Attention To Detail Is Crucial For An International Trade Compliance Specialist, As They Are Responsible For Ensuring Accurate And Timely Submission Of Trade Documentation, Such As Import/Export Licenses, Permits, And Certificates Of Origin.
