- Assemble automated equipment according to blueprints and specifications.
- Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and resolve any mechanical issues or defects in the equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Keep accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Typically Required For This Role, Demonstrating A Basic Level Of Education And Knowledge.
Experience With Automation Equipment: Previous Experience Working With Automation Equipment, Such As Robots And Conveyors, Is Highly Desired For An Automation Assembler Position At Ashley Furniture Industries.
Mechanical Aptitude: Assemblers Must Have A Strong Mechanical Aptitude And Be Able To Read And Interpret Technical Diagrams And Instructions.
Attention To Detail: Assembling Furniture Requires Precision And Attention To Detail In Order To Ensure The Final Product Is Of High Quality And Meets Company Standards.
