Admissions & Matriculation Coordinator
Responsible for validating and qualifying student applications and matriculating appropriately qualified students in to their respective degree programs. Responsible for validating and enrolling students into their respective degree programs for students who are seeking re-admission to Ashford University. Responsible for validating and updating the start date for students who wish to change their start date. Responsible for receiving and responding to phone calls received into the Registrar's Office from students and other departments within the university. Participate in departmental improvement projects.
Ability to utilize student information systems to manage communication and workflow.
Ability to utilize reports to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
Minimum of one year of experience in Ashford Universities Registrar's office preferred
