
Coordinator-Human Resources
Provides research support for a variety of Human Resources related issues. Assists with the administration of Human Resources policies and procedures. Supports the implementation of Human Resources programs. Ensures coordination of the interfaces of all disciplines with COE. Provides back up support to department administrative support operations as needed. Assists assigned areas with daily operations. Provides operational support for HR functions. Collects and analyzes HR data from multiple sources for the development of reports and statistical information. Supports a wide variety of HR reporting needs through creating, generating, and distributing standard and non-standard reports. Supports HR functions through information gathering, analyzing and identifying issues and providing resolution guidance. Performs data validation and auditing to ensure data integrity. Reviews information for accuracy and reconciles data on a regular basis.
Bilingual skills preferred.
HRIS experience preferred
Previous HR support experience preferred.
