- Perform non-invasive vascular procedures and assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of vascular conditions.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to patients.
- Utilize advanced knowledge and skills in vascular technology to accurately and efficiently perform procedures.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all procedures and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring proper functioning and availability.
- Follow established protocols and safety measures to ensure patient and staff safety.
- Maintain a professional and compassionate manner while working with patients and their families.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare team members.
- Stay current with advancements and updates in vascular technology and procedures.
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the performance of duties.
- Assist with training and mentoring of new technologists and students.
- Maintain proper documentation of procedures and patient records.
- Adhere to organization's policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Work efficiently and effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans and provide recommendations based on test results.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new protocols and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols.
Bachelor's Degree In Diagnostic Medical Sonography Or Related Field
Ardms Certification In Vascular Technology
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Vascular Technologist
Knowledge Of Vascular Anatomy And Physiology
Familiarity With Current Vascular Imaging Equipment And Techniques
