- Lead and oversee all consumer-facing technology initiatives within the organization.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for digital platforms and processes to enhance the consumer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and innovations to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology needs and solutions.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Set and monitor goals and KPIs to measure the success of technology initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze consumer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all technology projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources.
- Develop and maintain budgets for technology projects and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
- Stay informed of industry best practices and make recommendations for incorporating them into the organization's technology strategy.
- Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and agility within the technology team.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness of technology initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Technology Management Role, Preferably In The Consumer Experience Space.
Strong Understanding Of Consumer Experience Principles And Best Practices.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Technology Projects And Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
