- Develop and lead the strategic vision for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) team, aligning it with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems and processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and requirements for the ERP systems.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the ERP team, seeking out new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and mentor a team of ERP professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success and effectiveness of ERP systems and processes.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in ERP technology, making recommendations for adoption or implementation as needed.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and manage the ERP budget, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately and expenses are within budget.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards related to ERP systems and data management.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and continuous learning within the ERP team.
Extensive Experience With Erp Systems: A Qualified Technology Director At Ascension Health Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Experience Working With Various Erp Systems, Such As Oracle, Sap, Or Workday. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of How To Configure And Customize These Systems To Meet The Organization's Needs.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Technology Director, This Person Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Developers, Analysts, And Other It Professionals.
