Certified Surgical Technologist (Cst) Credential: Ascension Health Requires Candidates To Hold A Current Cst Credential From The National Board Of Surgical Technology And Surgical Assisting (Nbstsa).
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Surgical Technician Experience: Candidates Must Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Surgical Technician In A Hospital Or Surgical Center Setting.
Knowledge Of Surgical Procedures And Equipment: Candidates Must Possess A Strong Understanding Of Surgical Procedures, Including Sterile Techniques, Surgical Instruments, And Operating Room Equipment.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment: As A Surgical Tech Technologist At Ascension Health, Candidates Must Be Able To Handle The Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment Of The Operating Room While Maintaining A High Level Of Accuracy And Attention To Detail.
