- Conduct thorough analysis of current revenue cycle and claims processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs and align with industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's revenue cycle and claims systems, processes, and workflows.
- Plan and execute integration testing, user acceptance testing, and end-to-end testing to ensure system functionality and accuracy.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Act as a subject matter expert on revenue cycle and claims processes, serving as a resource for internal stakeholders and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, working closely with IT and vendor partners to ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and workflows.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy of revenue cycle and claims processes.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to revenue cycle management and healthcare systems, making recommendations for process and system enhancements as appropriate.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Business Systems Analysis, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Revenue Cycle And Claims Processes, Including Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations.
Experience With Implementing And Maintaining Revenue Cycle And Claims Systems, Such As Epic Or Cerner.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
