- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the revenue cycle processes of Ascension Health.
- Analyze current revenue cycle practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement revenue cycle initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead and manage a team of revenue cycle experts, providing guidance and support to achieve department objectives.
- Monitor and analyze revenue cycle metrics, identifying trends and proactively addressing any issues.
- Collaborate with finance and billing departments to ensure accurate and timely billing processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in revenue cycle management, and incorporate them into the organization's processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to revenue cycle management.
- Act as a subject matter expert on revenue cycle management, providing guidance and training to other team members.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance revenue cycle processes and increase efficiency.
- Represent Ascension Health and its mission in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, With A Focus On Process Improvement And Revenue Optimization.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Leadership And Project Management In Revenue Cycle Initiatives, Including Experience In Multi-Site Or Large Healthcare Systems.
Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Hipaa, Cms Guidelines, And Other Industry Standards.
Exceptional Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Revenue Cycle Issues And Drive Organizational Change.
