  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the revenue cycle processes of Ascension Health.
  2. Analyze current revenue cycle practices and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams to implement revenue cycle initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  4. Lead and manage a team of revenue cycle experts, providing guidance and support to achieve department objectives.
  5. Monitor and analyze revenue cycle metrics, identifying trends and proactively addressing any issues.
  6. Collaborate with finance and billing departments to ensure accurate and timely billing processes.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in revenue cycle management, and incorporate them into the organization's processes.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and vendors.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to revenue cycle management.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on revenue cycle management, providing guidance and training to other team members.
  11. Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance revenue cycle processes and increase efficiency.
  12. Represent Ascension Health and its mission in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, With A Focus On Process Improvement And Revenue Optimization.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Leadership And Project Management In Revenue Cycle Initiatives, Including Experience In Multi-Site Or Large Healthcare Systems.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Hipaa, Cms Guidelines, And Other Industry Standards.

  • Exceptional Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Revenue Cycle Issues And Drive Organizational Change.
