Social Worker - PRN

Ascension Health is looking for an experienced and compassionate Social Worker - PRN to join our team. 12. Stay up-to-date on social service regulations and procedures.
13. Maintain patient confidentiality.
14. Document all interactions and patient progress.
15. Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
