10. Attend trainings and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge in the field of social work.
11. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with patients and their families.
12. Collaborate with insurance companies, legal professionals, and other agencies to assist in obtaining necessary resources for patients.
13. Engage in self-care practices to prevent burnout and maintain personal well-being.
14. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall patient experience.
15. Handle crisis situations and provide appropriate interventions.
