Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure seamless and secure connectivity for our healthcare facilities.   1. Design and implement network architecture solutions to support the connectivity needs of our healthcare facilities.
  2. Develop and maintain network infrastructure standards and best practices to ensure seamless and secure connectivity.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  4. Conduct regular network assessments and make recommendations for improvements to enhance performance and security.
  5. Identify potential network vulnerabilities and implement proactive measures to mitigate risks.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous connectivity.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in network architecture to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  8. Manage network equipment procurement, installation, and maintenance to ensure proper functionality and performance.
  9. Lead and mentor junior network engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.
  10. Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure network infrastructure is compliant with all security standards and regulations.
  11. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates on network architecture projects, issues, and solutions.
  12. Participate in the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure network availability during emergency situations.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations of the network infrastructure and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements as needed.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert for network architecture and provide guidance and support to other IT teams as needed.
  15. Continuously monitor and analyze network traffic to identify potential bottlenecks and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Network Architecture Design And Implementation, With A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Relevant Experience In Large-Scale Enterprise Environments.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Network Protocols, Including Tcp/Ip, Bgp, Ospf, Mpls, And Vlan, As Well As Experience With Network Security And Firewall Technologies.

  • Proficiency In Network Monitoring And Troubleshooting Tools, Such As Wireshark, Solarwinds, And Cisco Prime, With The Ability To Analyze And Interpret Network Performance Data.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Network Engineers, With The Ability To Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Team Members.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
