- Develop and implement digital strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic to the organization's website.
- Lead and manage the Google Publishing and SEO team, including setting goals, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and support.
- Conduct regular audits and analysis of the organization's online presence and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices to continuously improve the organization's online presence.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a cohesive and effective digital marketing strategy.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage and allocate budget for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support digital marketing efforts.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership on the performance of digital marketing efforts and make strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Proactively identify and address any technical issues or roadblocks that may hinder SEO efforts.
- Drive innovation and creativity in digital marketing strategies to stay ahead of competition and stand out in the healthcare industry.
- Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development.
Extensive Experience In Google Publishing And Seo Strategies: The Senior Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Google's Algorithms And How To Optimize Content For Maximum Visibility And Reach.
