Salesforce Analytic Specialist

Ascension Health is seeking an experienced, driven Salesforce Analytic Specialist to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for analytics, problem-solving and process optimization. As a Salesforce Analytic Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing customer data and providing insights to support business decisions. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent analytical, communication and technical skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field. At least three years of experience in a similar role, working with Salesforce and business intelligence tools is also required. Knowledge of Excel, including creating formulas, pivot tables, and charts is essential. Experience in data visualization and predictive analytics is a plus.You should be an excellent communicator, with the ability to translate data into insights for the team and stakeholders. You should be a self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. A strong customer service orientation and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is a must.
