Safety and Security Dispatcher

1. Monitor and respond to emergency calls and alarms from various departments and facilities within the organization.
2. Dispatch appropriate safety and security personnel to respond to emergency situations in a timely manner.
3. Maintain communication with security personnel, emergency responders, and other departments to coordinate an effective response to emergencies.
4. Utilize various communication systems to communicate with staff and patients during emergencies.
5. Monitor and operate security cameras and other surveillance equipment to identify potential security risks and respond accordingly.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all emergency calls and responses.
7. Notify appropriate authorities, such as law enforcement or fire department, in the event of a serious emergency.
8. Continuously assess and evaluate safety and security protocols to identify areas for improvement.
9. Provide assistance to patients, visitors, and staff during non-emergency situations, such as lost and found items or general inquiries.
10. Follow all safety and security procedures and protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
11. Stay up-to-date on current safety and security trends and techniques to enhance job performance.
12. Participate in training and drills to prepare for emergency situations.
13. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement safety and security procedures and policies.
14. Communicate effectively with team members and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
15. Report any safety or security concerns to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
