Safety and Security Dispatcher

1. Monitor and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of patients, staff, and visitors.
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and incidents.
4. Communicate effectively with emergency services, security personnel, and other staff members.
5. Remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated response to any security or safety issues.
7. Continuously monitor surveillance and alarm systems to identify and address any potential threats.
8. Provide excellent customer service to all callers and visitors.
9. Stay updated on all safety and security protocols and procedures.
10. Conduct periodic checks of equipment and systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
11. Train and educate staff on safety and security protocols and procedures.
12. Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
13. Report any safety or security concerns to the appropriate authorities.
14. Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans.
15. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
16. Act as a liaison between different departments and outside agencies in emergency situations.
17. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
18. Continuously strive to improve safety and security processes and procedures.
19. Attend all mandatory trainings and meetings.
20. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
