  1. Provide exceptional and compassionate care to critically ill patients in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.
  2. Utilize advanced nursing skills and knowledge to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  4. Monitor and report changes in patient condition to healthcare team.
  5. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  7. Advocate for patients and their families to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed.
  8. Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  9. Participate in continuous education and training to maintain and enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
  10. Demonstrate critical thinking skills to anticipate and respond to emergent situations.
  11. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
  12. Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
  13. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during difficult times.

  15. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  16. Assist with the orientation and training of new nursing staff.
  17. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree Or Higher From An Accredited Nursing Program.

  • Current And Valid Rn License In The State Of Practice.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (Icu).

  • Certification In Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) And Basic Life Support (Bls).

  • Strong Critical Thinking And Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment.
