  1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients with cardiac conditions in the Progressive Cardiac Care unit.
  2. Utilize nursing skills and expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  3. Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and medical history.
  4. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  5. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  6. Educate patients and their families about their cardiac conditions and treatment plans.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  8. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  9. Monitor and maintain medical equipment and supplies.
  10. Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
  11. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and trainings.
  12. Continuously strive for professional development and improvement of nursing skills.
  13. Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy is maintained at all times.
  14. Maintain a safe and clean patient environment.
  15. Act as an advocate for patients and their families.
  16. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
  17. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  18. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.
  19. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
  20. Serve as a role model for nursing professionalism and excellence in patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certification.

  • Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Nursing Program.

  • Current And Valid Registered Nurse License In The State Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Progressive Cardiac Care Unit.
