- Oversee and manage a team of nurses, ensuring they are following all hospital policies and procedures and providing high-quality care to patients.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of nursing care provided.
- Serve as a role model and mentor for nursing staff, offering guidance and support in their professional development.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and maintain effective care plans for patients.

- Participate in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for new nursing staff.

- Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy regulations in handling patient information.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Is Required For This Position. A Master's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field Is Preferred.
Valid Rn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Current And Active Rn License In The State Where The Position Is Located.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Nursing Experience: The Candidate Must Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Nursing Role, With At Least 2 Years In A Management Or Leadership Position.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills And Have The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Nurses.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Policies: The Candidate Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Policies, Including Hipaa, Osha, And Joint Commission Standards. Experience With Budgeting And Financial Management Is Also Preferred.
