Registered Nurse - Neonatal Critical Care (NICU)

1. Provide specialized care to neonatal patients in the NICU unit.
2. Monitor and assess the health and development of premature or critically ill infants.
3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
4. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and monitor their effectiveness.
5. Educate and support families on caring for their infant's medical needs and developmental milestones.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and document all interventions and changes in condition.
7. Communicate effectively with physicians, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
