Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Registered Nurse - Endoscopy Endo Gi With Ascension Health Should Possess A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution. This Degree Provides A Strong Foundation In Nursing Theory, Research, And Evidence-Based Practice, Which Are Essential For Providing Quality Care In The Endoscopy Setting.
Active Rn License: Candidates Must Hold An Active Registered Nurse License In The State Where The Job Is Located. This Ensures That The Nurse Is Legally Authorized To Practice Nursing And Has Met The Necessary Education And Training Requirements.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Endoscopy: Ascension Health Requires A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Registered Nurse In An Endoscopy Or Gi Setting. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Solid Understanding Of The Procedures And Equipment Used In This Specialized Area Of Nursing.
Certification In Endoscopy Nursing: Ascension Health Prefers Candidates Who Are Certified In Endoscopy Nursing (Cgrn) Through The American Board Of Certification For Gastroenterology Nurses (Abcgn). This Certification Demonstrates A High Level Of Knowledge And Expertise In Endoscopy Nursing And Is A Valuable Asset In Providing Quality Patient Care.
Bls And Acls Certification: Candidates Must Hold Current Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certifications.
