  1. Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the Emergency Department.
  2. Utilize critical thinking skills to assess and prioritize patients based on acuity and severity of condition.
  3. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
  4. Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.
  5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in electronic medical records.
  7. Ensure patient safety by following established protocols and best practices.
  8. Respond quickly and efficiently to emergency situations.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  10. Stay current on best practices, evidence-based guidelines, and emergency care protocols.
  11. Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
  12. Adhere to all hospital and regulatory policies and procedures.
  13. Foster a positive and compassionate environment for patients and their families.
  14. Serve as a resource and mentor for new or less experienced staff.
  15. Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bls, Acls, And Pals Certifications.

  • A Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Practice.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In An Emergency Department Setting.

  • Ability To Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment.
