1. Provide comprehensive pre-operative, peri-operative, and post-operative care to patients undergoing cranial and facial reconstruction procedures.
2. Collaborate with plastic surgeons, neurosurgeons, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
3. Monitor and assess patient's physical and emotional well-being before, during, and after surgical procedures.
4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
5. Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and potential complications.
6. Ensure a safe and sterile environment in the operating room and adhere to all infection control protocols.
7. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient's medical history, progress, and treatment plans.
