  1. Operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for patients.
  2. Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and answering any questions they may have.
  3. Position patients correctly and ensure their safety during procedures.
  4. Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
  5. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to determine the appropriate imaging techniques for each patient.
  6. Review patient medical history and assess any potential risks or contraindications for the procedure.
  7. Administer contrast agents as needed and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures, including images and patient information.
  9. Ensure patient comfort and provide emotional support during procedures.
  10. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  11. Continuously update knowledge and skills through continuing education and training in new imaging techniques and equipment.
  12. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure proper care and treatment.
  13. Provide exceptional patient care and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  14. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the practice of radiology.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by actively participating in team meetings and trainings.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or Related Field

  • Current Certification By The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt)

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting

  • Knowledge Of Imaging Equipment And Techniques, Including Ct, Mri, And X-Ray

  • Excellent Communication And Patient Care Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Healthcare Team
