  1. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions that enhance customer experience.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, and develop strategies to address them.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify the most effective technology solutions for improving customer experience, taking into consideration cost, feasibility, and impact on current systems and processes.
  5. Lead project team meetings, providing clear direction and guidance to team members and ensuring all tasks and deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of technology solutions.
  7. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any risks or issues that may impact the successful completion of the project.
  8. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to team members and stakeholders.
  9. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in customer experience.
  12. Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  13. Uphold company values and standards, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Customer Experience And Technology Enablement Principles.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills.
