Job Description

  1. Monitor and observe patients' vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels.
  2. Report any changes or abnormalities in patients' vital signs to the medical staff in a timely and accurate manner.
  3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patients' vital signs and observations.
  4. Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  5. Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  6. Respond promptly to any emergency situations and take appropriate action.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the medical team to provide updates on patients' conditions.
  8. Follow all established protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
  9. Keep up-to-date with advancements in patient monitoring technology and techniques.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.
  11. Adhere to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  13. Support a positive and collaborative work culture within the healthcare team.
  14. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  15. Continuously strive to provide the highest quality of patient care and improve processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field

  • Current State Licensure As A Registered Nurse

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Critical Care Or Emergency Medicine

  • Certification In Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls)

  • Knowledge Of Electronic Medical Records And Patient Monitoring Systems
