1. Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
2. Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients.
3. Monitor and report changes in patient's condition to the assigned nurse.
4. Collect and record patient data, including vital signs and medical history.
5. Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
