Job Description

Ascension Health is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Office Operations Assistant to join our Orthopedics team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our Orthopedic physicians in providing exceptional patient care.   1. Maintain and organize office operations: The Office Operations Assistant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, managing supplies and equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  2. Support Orthopedic physicians: The Office Operations Assistant will work closely with the Orthopedic physicians to provide administrative support, assist with patient care and ensure that all necessary tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Ensure exceptional patient care: The Office Operations Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring that patients receive high-quality care by assisting with patient intake, managing patient records, and responding to patient inquiries and concerns.
  4. Communicate effectively: Strong communication skills are essential for this role. The Office Operations Assistant will need to communicate clearly and professionally with patients, physicians, and other staff members to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
