- Collaborate with insurance companies and other third-party payers to ensure proper reimbursement for services.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all infection control and safety protocols.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development and improvement of departmental policies and procedures.
- Serve as an advocate for patients and their needs, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support.
- Continuously assess and improve personal and professional performance to provide the highest level of care.
- Adhere to all company and industry regulations, policies, and procedures.
Associate's Degree In Occupational Therapy Assistant Program From An Accredited Institution.
Current Certification From The National Board For Certification In Occupational Therapy (Nbcot).
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As An Occupational Therapy Assistant In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Human Anatomy And Physiology, As Well As Knowledge Of Various Treatment Techniques And Modalities.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively As Part Of A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Compassionate Care To Patients.
