- Assist with day-to-day operations of the OBGYN office, including scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and maintaining patient records.
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the office.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle other forms of communication in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate and manage patient referrals, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: The Obgyn Office Operations Assistant Should Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Medical Office Experience: Previous Experience In A Medical Office Setting, Preferably In An Ob/Gyn Setting, Is Required For This Role.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Medical Terminology, Including Ob/Gyn Specific Terms.
Excellent Organizational Skills: The Obgyn Office Operations Assistant Should Possess Excellent Organizational Skills To Manage Patient Appointments, Maintain Records, And Handle Administrative Tasks Efficiently.
