  1. Provide exceptional customer service to patients by greeting them with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
  2. Schedule appointments for patients, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including personal information and medical history.
  4. Verify insurance coverage and collect co-pays or payments from patients.
  5. Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.
  6. Coordinate with other healthcare providers, such as nurses and doctors, to ensure smooth patient flow and continuity of care.
  7. Maintain inventory and order necessary medical supplies for the office.
  8. Communicate with patients regarding test results, follow-up appointments, and any necessary instructions.
  9. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
  10. Collaborate with the billing department to resolve any issues with insurance claims or billing errors.
  11. Assist in training and onboarding new staff members.
  12. Attend staff meetings and offer suggestions for improving office operations and patient care.
  13. Handle any patient concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the office's operations.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Medical Office Setting, Preferably In Ob/Gyn.

  • Proficiency In Electronic Medical Records (Emr) And Scheduling Systems.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Patients, Providers, And Other Staff Members.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Insurance Processes Related To Ob/Gyn Services.

  • Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
