1. Assist Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals in providing compassionate and personalized care to patients.
2. Participate in hands-on training and educational opportunities to gain practical experience in a healthcare setting.
3. Observe and learn from experienced healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and other staff members.
4. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including maintaining patient confidentiality and following safety protocols.
5. Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner.
