Neurodiagnostic & EEG Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Neurodiagnostic & EEG Manager to join the team at Ascension Health. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Neurodiagnostic & EEG department. You will also be responsible for overseeing the quality and accuracy of all services provided by the department. The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least five years of experience in the field of EEG, and experience in a management role. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Neurodiagnostic & EEG department.
2. Ensure the quality and accuracy of all services provided by the department.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the department.
4. Hire, train, and supervise staff members.
5. Monitor work performance and provide feedback to staff members.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with outside vendors and business partners.
7. Monitor department budget and expenses.
8. Prepare reports and presentations on department performance.
9. Participate in professional development activities and conferences.
10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
