- Demonstrate strong clinical skills and knowledge in midwifery to provide safe and effective care to patients.

- Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in midwifery and Natural Family Planning to provide the best possible care to patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care to patients.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Serve as a positive and professional representative of Ascension Health in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and the community.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and protocols set by Ascension Health.
- Continuously strive to improve and enhance the quality of care provided to patients.
Bachelor's Degree In Midwifery Or A Related Field From An Accredited Institution.
Certification As A Natural Family Planning (Nfp) Instructor Through A Recognized Organization Such As The American Academy Of Fertilitycare Professionals (Aafcp) Or The Couple To Couple League (Ccl).
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience As A Midwife, With A Strong Background In Nfp Methods And Principles.
Current Licensure As A Certified Nurse-Midwife (Cnm) Or Certified Midwife (Cm) In The State Of Employment.
Commitment To Upholding The Ethical And Religious Directives Of Ascension Health And Promoting The Use Of Nfp As A Natural And Effective Method Of Family Planning.
