1. Develop and implement MDM strategies and processes to ensure accurate and consistent data throughout the organization.
2. Lead and manage the MDM team to effectively execute data management tasks and projects.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand data needs and requirements.
4. Develop and maintain MDM standards, policies, and procedures.
5. Continuously monitor and improve the MDM system to optimize data quality and integrity.
6. Identify and resolve data quality issues and inconsistencies in a timely manner.
7. Provide guidance and support to team members on MDM best practices and methodologies.
8. Conduct regular audits and reviews of MDM processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.

10. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of MDM goals and initiatives.
11. Communicate MDM progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership.
12. Train and onboard new team members on MDM processes and systems.
13. Act as a subject matter expert on MDM principles and methodologies, providing guidance and support to other departments as needed.
14. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations and policies.
15. Continuously evaluate and improve data governance processes and procedures to maintain high-quality data.
