- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives and mission of Ascension Health.
- Lead and oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business needs and provide strategic guidance on HR-related matters.
- Identify and implement innovative and effective HR solutions to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the healthcare industry.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Drive employee engagement and foster a positive work culture that supports the mission and values of Ascension Health.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department leaders and employees, to understand their needs and provide effective HR support.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
- Develop and manage HR budgets and resources, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and initiatives.
- Represent Ascension Health in the community and industry, promoting the organization's mission and values.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters and provide regular updates on HR initiatives and progress.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
- Continuously assess and improve HR policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with best practices and support the organization's goals.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes as a member of the senior leadership team.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Healthcare Industry Regulations.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Hr Strategies To Support Business Objectives.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.
