  1. Oversee and manage the operations of the respiratory care department, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed and adhered to.
  2. Provide leadership and direction to a team of respiratory care professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  3. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based respiratory care services to patients.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of respiratory care services.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the respiratory care department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Respiratory Therapy Or Related Field

  • Current State Licensure As A Registered Respiratory Therapist

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Respiratory Care, Including 2 Years Of Leadership Or Management Experience

  • Strong Understanding Of Respiratory Care Protocols, Guidelines, And Best Practices

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Respiratory Care Professionals.
