- Oversee and manage the operations of the respiratory care department, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed and adhered to.
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of respiratory care professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Bachelor's Degree In Respiratory Therapy Or Related Field
Current State Licensure As A Registered Respiratory Therapist
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Respiratory Care, Including 2 Years Of Leadership Or Management Experience
Strong Understanding Of Respiratory Care Protocols, Guidelines, And Best Practices
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Respiratory Care Professionals.
