Mail Order Pharmacy Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Receive, process, and dispense prescription orders in a timely manner.
2. Verify accuracy of all prescription orders and check for possible drug interactions.
3. Maintain accurate patient records.
4. Answer customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
5. Pack and ship orders to customers.
6. Serve as a resource to patients and other health care professionals regarding medication information.
7. Manage inventory, order and restock supplies.
8. Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
10. Provide excellent customer service.
