  1. Provide compassionate and dedicated nursing care to patients at our Family Medicine Clinic.
  2. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
  3. Utilize strong nursing skills and knowledge to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  4. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
  5. Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  7. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
  8. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care plans.
  9. Continuously seek out opportunities for professional development and growth.
  10. Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, promoting their rights and ensuring their needs are met.
  11. Embody and promote the mission, vision, and values of Ascension Health in all interactions.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity when dealing with sensitive information and patient situations.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the Family Medicine Clinic team.
  14. Comply with all state and federal regulations and laws related to nursing practice.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Lvn/Lpn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid And Active License As A Licensed Vocational Nurse (Lvn) Or Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn) In The State Where The Clinic Is Located.

  • Experience In Family Medicine: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Family Medicine Clinic Setting, With Knowledge Of Common Illnesses, Injuries, And Treatments.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Have Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills In Order To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Proficient In Electronic Medical Records (Emr): The Candidate Should Be Familiar With Electronic Medical Records Systems And Have The Ability To Accurately Document Patient Information, Manage Appointments, And Process Prescriptions.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment, Prioritizing Tasks And Managing Time Effectively To Ensure Timely And Quality Patient Care.
