1. Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility, including managing staff, maintaining facility standards, and ensuring resident care is of the highest quality.
2. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including but not limited to Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and positive environment for residents and staff.
4. Manage budget and finances of the facility, including monitoring expenses and maximizing revenue.
5. Recruit, hire, and train staff, ensuring all employees are properly trained and maintain required licensure and certifications.
6. Foster a positive work culture by promoting teamwork, open communication, and professional development opportunities for staff.
7. Serve as a liaison between the facility and external stakeholders, such as government agencies and healthcare providers.
