  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the nursing home facility, including but not limited to staffing, budgeting, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of care for residents.
  3. Serve as a liaison between the facility and external stakeholders, including patients, families, and regulatory agencies.
  4. Hire, train, and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and support staff.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members and provide ongoing support and guidance for their professional development.
  6. Collaborate with medical providers and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
  7. Ensure the facility maintains a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
  8. Oversee financial management, including budget planning and cost control measures.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies to improve the quality of care and operations of the facility.
  10. Uphold the mission and values of Ascension Health, including a commitment to serving all with special attention to those who are poor and vulnerable.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Current And Valid State Licensure As A Nursing Home Administrator.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Long-Term Care Facility.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Governing Long-Term Care Facilities.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Healthcare Professionals.
