
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the nursing home facility, including but not limited to staffing, budgeting, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of care for residents.
- Serve as a liaison between the facility and external stakeholders, including patients, families, and regulatory agencies.
- Hire, train, and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and support staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members and provide ongoing support and guidance for their professional development.
- Collaborate with medical providers and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Ensure the facility maintains a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Oversee financial management, including budget planning and cost control measures.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies to improve the quality of care and operations of the facility.
- Uphold the mission and values of Ascension Health, including a commitment to serving all with special attention to those who are poor and vulnerable.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Current And Valid State Licensure As A Nursing Home Administrator.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Long-Term Care Facility.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Governing Long-Term Care Facilities.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Healthcare Professionals.
