  1. Lead and manage a team of mammography technologists, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure high-quality patient care.
  2. Oversee the daily operations of the mammography department, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Perform mammography exams on patients, ensuring proper positioning and technique for accurate and high-quality images.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients, including consulting with radiologists and physicians as needed.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all mammography exams, ensuring proper documentation and timely reporting of any abnormalities.
  6. Keep up-to-date with advancements in mammography technology and techniques, and implement new protocols and procedures as needed.
  7. Educate patients on the importance of breast health and the mammography process, and provide emotional support and comfort throughout the exam.
  8. Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients and their families, adhering to all privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
  9. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with all accreditation requirements.
  10. Serve as a role model for the organization's values and mission, providing compassionate and faith-based care to all patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or Related Field.

  • Arrt Certification In Mammography.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Mammographer Technologist.

  • Previous Experience In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.

  • Knowledge Of Current Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Mammography.
