They Should Also Have Completed A Formal Phlebotomy Training Program And Hold A Current Certification From An Accredited Organization Such As The American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp) Or The National Healthcareer Association (Nha).
Experience: Ascension Health Requires A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As A Phlebotomist In A Primary Care Setting. This Ensures That The Candidate Is Familiar With The Specific Needs And Protocols Of A Primary Care Facility And Can Confidently Perform All Required Tasks.
