  • Assist in the daily operations of the Imaging department, including patient care and treatment
  • Observe and learn from experienced professionals in the field of interventional radiology

Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of An Accredited Radiology Program: The Intern Should Possess A Degree Or Certificate From An Accredited Radiology Program, Demonstrating A Solid Foundation In Radiography And Imaging Techniques.

  • Strong Academic Background: The Intern Should Have A Strong Academic Record, Including Coursework In Anatomy, Physiology, And Medical Terminology. This Will Ensure A Solid Understanding Of The Human Body And The Terminology Used In The Medical Field.

  • Basic Life Support Certification: As An Interventional Radiology Intern, The Candidate Should Possess A Valid Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification From The American Heart Association Or The Red Cross. This Will Ensure The Candidate Is Prepared To Respond To Emergency Situations.

  • Knowledge Of Imaging Equipment And Software: The Intern Should Have A Working Knowledge Of Various Imaging Equipment And Software Commonly Used In Interventional Radiology, Such As X-Ray Machines, Ct Scanners, And Pacs Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As An Intern, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Effective Teamwork And Patient Care.
